The main idea of the design is to create a new look without having a massive transformation. The existing building has many dividers that block natural sunlight and cross-ventilation. By embracing the main structure we still can create an open space by removing unessential dividers. With a very careful consideration in the design, it could present a fusion style between modern, coastal, and art deco.
